DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT

10-Yard Dumpster (11x8x4) – 1 Ton Allowance – $425 7-Day Rental 

1. Rental Terms

• Dumpster Size: 10-yard roll-off dumpster
  
  

• Rental Rate: $425 per week
  
  

• Included Weight: 1 tons (2,000 lbs) of disposal

2. Payment
The customer agrees to pay the full rental fee upon delivery unless otherwise stated. Any overweight fees, extended rental fees, or trip charges are due upon final invoice.

3. Acceptable Materials
The following materials ARE Allowed:

• General household debris

• Construction and demolition debris

• Furniture

• Yard waste (non-hazardous)

4. Prohibited Materials
Customer agrees NOT to place the following in the dumpster

• Televisions,Computer Equipment, Laptops & Monitors

• Large Appliances (Washer and Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Stoves & Microwaves, etc.)

• Small Refrigerators

• Air Conditioners

• Dehumidifiers

• Tires

• Water Heaters

• Car and Truck Batteries

• Railroad Ties and Telephone Poles

• Propane Cylinder

• Lawn Mowers

• Snow Blowers

• Mattresses and box springs

• Sofas

• Oil based paints, flammable solvents, gasoline, oil or any hazardous fluids are completely prohibited.

• Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, oils, solvents)

• Dirt, concrete, rock, or heavy inert materials (unless agreed in writing)

5. Weight Limits
If the dumpster exceeds the 1-ton included limit, Customer will be charged at the stated overweight rate.

6. Placement & Access
Customer is responsible for:

• Providing a clear, accessible drop location

• Ensuring no overhead obstructions

• Obtaining required permits (if applicable)

Any damage to driveway, pavement, or property from delivery or pickup

• E’BROS  is not liable for surface damage caused by normal dumpster placement or removal.

7. Fill Level Customers must not fill the dumpster above the top rim. Overfilled dumpsters may incur extra charges or require material to be removed.

8. Cancellation / Trip Charge
If delivery or pickup is attempted but cannot be completed due to blocked access or unsafe conditions, a trip fee of $_______ may apply.

9. Liability
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or penalties arising out of Customer’s use of the dumpster, including prohibited items or property damage beyond Company’s control.

10. Agreement Acceptance
If customer agrees to all terms stated in this Agreement will receive an email to complete, prior to delivery of dumpster.
